Returns Policy

At Suono Italiano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our additional return provisions.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a change of mind return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
• You are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

• Contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue
• We will arrange for the product to be returned at our expense
• You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund
• No restocking fee applies for faulty or damaged products

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product to the address provided with the RAN clearly marked

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Custom-ordered or special-order products
• Products that have been installed or used
• Products with broken seals on software or digital content

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, please contact us with your proof of purchase. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
